In this clinic, instructors will provide participants with ideas on other ways in which the moon board can be used as an effective training tool if moon boarding isn’t exactly your thing. The moon board can be a great tool for building core strength, forearm endurance, accuracy in foot placement and engagement, building lock-off strength as well as building strength in specific body positions. Instructors will provide multiple fun examples of each.
