Learn how to build hand strength and/or muscle endurance using the hang board! We'll also cover how to progress into hang boarding if your tendons are not quite ready for it. Additionally, those looking to build power and contact strength on the campus board will learn different methods of using the board as well as ways to work up to it if you are not yet able to campus.
