Antagonist Muscles and Balancing Injury

In this clinic, we'll discuss the importance of building opposing muscle groups to those most commonly worked in climbing in an effort to avoid muscular imbalance and injury. This clinic will involve basic weight lifting and participants will be taught proper form as well as how to progress the weight load in a safe and effective manner.
